Head Hunter
1 1/4 oz. papaya nectar, 1/2 oz. peach nectar
1 1/4 oz. lime juice, 3/4 oz. honey,
Dash Angostura
bitters, 1 1/2 oz. light rum, 3/4 oz.
gold rum,
1 oz. 151 rum
You need to heat the honey until it liquefies, then mix
with juices and 1/2 cup crushed ice
in a bleneder for 10
seconds. Stir in rums and bitters.
Pour
into a highball glass full of ice
