Pi-Yi 

          1 1/2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz fresh lime juice,
          1/2 oz honey, 1/2 oz peach brandy, 1/2 oz passion fruit
          nectar, 1 oz gold Puerto Rican rum, 1 oz Martinique rum
         dash Angostura Bitters

         Blend with 8 oz crushed ice for a full minute and pour into
          chilled pineapple mug or double old
         fashioned glass, or if you've got some
         extra whole pineapples lying around,
         serve in a hollowed out pineapple - add
         more crushed ice to fill
